What counts as a group, and when should we book?

Most airlines treat 10 or more travelers as a group. Booking early secures the best fares and held space. Pan Am Travel returns a group quote within 24 hours of your brief.

How much can group fares save against booking individually?

Negotiated group fares commonly run around 10% or more below published fares for 10 or more travelers, and they lock one price for everyone. The planner above is directional. A quote gives you the real number for your routing.

What happens when our roster changes?

Name changes and substitutions are built into the contract and handled before the deadline, so a roster that moves up to departure does not turn into new fees.

Do we lose our deposit if the group shrinks?

Group contracts carry utilization clauses, usually 80% to 90% of the held seats. We track every deadline and right-size the block in time, so deposits hold and seats are not forfeited.

How do travelers give you their details?

Through a custom Cvent registration site that feeds one master manifest. Names, seats, and details arrive in one place, so you stop collecting the group by spreadsheet.

Can you handle sports teams and multi-city origins?

Yes. Squads, staff, and crews moving out of many cities on a shifting roster are a core part of the group practice, with one manifest and one point of contact across them all.
